To reserve overnight parking by mail, use the form on Page 13 of the Premium List.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.
You will be able to change quantities (number of nights) after you click Add to Cart.
Click on "Return to Merchant" after paying.

OVERNIGHT RV AND BOX VAN PARKING
INFORMATION AND RULES
Reservations are NOT complete without a signed (electronic or physical) RESERVED OVERNIGHT PARKING form. Once the form is RECEIVED and you have a confirmation from GVKC, then you have a parking space. It is your responsibility to insure that you have a confirmed reservation.
Reservation deadline is *Wednesday, September 18, 2019.
GVKC and Mesa County Fairgrounds (MCFG) have made every effort to maintain the electrical system at our show site. HOWEVER, unforeseen issues are possible and therefore exhibitors assume the risk of using the system. Neither GVKC or MCFG will be responsible for damages to electrical equipment or RVs plugged into the system.
No exercise pens or set-ups are allowed on the grass.
All space utilized outside of vehicles will be on gravel or pavement, please plan accordingly.
All exhausts must be equipped with a stack.
GVKC and MCFG are not responsible for items left out, unattended or stolen.
NO generators are allowed to run between 10:00 PM & 6:00 AM, unless weather conditions are such that the safety of dogs or humans is at risk.
There are only 8 full hook-up spaces available. SOLD OUT.
There are only 4 handicap RV parking spaces available. A copy of your current handicap parking plaque must accompany your reservation form when requesting one of these spots.
Parking will be available starting at 12:00 PM Wednesday.
RVs may remain parked until 12:00 PM Monday, September 30th. If you pay for 4 nights, the 5th night is FREE.
Spaces will be assigned on a first come first serve basis and reservations will be accepted as assigned.
All reservations must be included in one envelope in order to park together.
Professional security will not be provided; however, club members will be on site at all times.
Parking is a privilege extended by GVKC. Any arguing, abusive language or failure to obey State, County, City or Club regulations or instructions of parking officials may cause forfeiter of parking privileges,without a refund.
All confirmations for online reservations will be done by email.
Completion of both steps is required for a valid parking reservation
